no they cannot..... lol you'd think that during 16+ weeks they would have time to look it over at least 50 times in that time period to get it right.....

Too bad, really. The wheel design, weight and price are great, but the service and quality are full of fail.

These days you can't find any business thats 100% perfect.
I just don't know why their customer service is so poor, thats the only way these business can ever last.
