Are Goodyear's Eagle RS-A high peformance all-season tires known to be bad in the snow? I'm trying to figure out why my Mom's 2010 Maxima is bad in the snow even with traction control turned on...

Those tires are terrible. I've had them OEM on a couple of cars and they were not good. I couldn't wait to change them out.
