I got 23k. Had BAD FEATHERING from factory....thank you nissan for that $1500 mistake on your part. I had .2 toe out front and rear. outside rears were shot and fronts were going as well. get some front adjustable upper arms and very little toe and they should last you almost 30k depending on how you drive. I went with the RE760 which has a 340 compound compared to the RE050 with a 180ish? I want a little more mileage and am willing to sacrifice a little of the gripping.

I'm the first to drift an on ramp and get the the car loose in the first 3 gears when traffic/conditions permit. I think somebody was implying that if you get more than 10k out of the tires you're not enjoying the car. I was just saying there is a myriad of factors to tire life. Hell, I've got a 246m round trip commute ten days a month, tires last a long time when you do that on smooth hwy

I will say that the tires are not nearly as sticky as the re760 andthey slightly lessen the road noise. They do handle well in the rain though. Gt a buy 3 get 1 free from my tire shop. So far soo good.

Thanks guys I think I might try a Nitto tire or Re760 since judging by some of the reviews for the potenzas I think they offer one of the most uncomfortable rides.
The RE760 actually seems to get a better review.

I've been running the RE760's for over 1K miles now and they are a good step up from the stock sport package tires. They feel stickier to me and are a bit quieter with twice the tread life.

I notice that my car seems to "float" when zig zagging more than the 050's but they are still new and I only have 400 miles on them soo....yup. But I know in good consciouness that I picked the tires for mileage rathe than perfomance as stated before.

I felt the same thing at first but it tightened up after a while. The RE760's are rotatable and give the entire car an asymmetrical tread layout that seems to need to settle in before they grab.

You guys realize your suppose to do an alignment every 9 months to a year right? I'm on RE760's at the moment to and they do decent. 2 autocross events and 5k on ek and they've only worn down 2/32. Just to be more competitive, I will be swapping to re-11s upcoming season in July.
