Default replacement tires

My 2010 370Z sports package is 1 month old to me. she came in via truck transit with 7k miles, in perfect shape. The original build sheet was included from seller. The only issue has been a slow leak in the RR tire. It looses about a pound a day and I have been nursing it along. There was no sign of anything in the tire so I brought it in for a look. winds up the tire was probably driven flat by the prior owner as the inside bead was badly cracked and compromised.
Question: I would prefer not to run 2 different tread designs and now with 8k miles on the existing Bridge/potenza REO50 i definetly don't want to put just 1 tire on. As a daily driver in South Florida whats the best tire recommendation.
Yes I have put the Stillen G3 and the exhaust is sitting in the box awaiting this weekend for installation.

This question comes up a lot. What tire to use. First use the search bar. A lot of people like RE-11's I loved them but after 8k miles I am already switching to another brand. You need to list your driving habits and think about the purpose of your tires i.e. how often you plan to track the car. Obviously you should never run different tires on the vehicle, and as you pointed out it would be wise to replace them both but if your gonna do that do the front too.

Not sure if serious?

Tread wear or fuel mileage?

Gotcha. Depends entirely on your driving style.

I got a bit over 18k out of my RE050As. I am a very spirited driver but I'm very smooth, so I am not roasting the tires like crazy.

I'd expect with the same driving style I could get the same mileage out of the RE11s. With the PSS I would expect to get at least 20k out of the rears.

On the Mustang it's easier since I run a square setup. I can rotate every 5k miles and probably get 25k out of them. But again, it depends on how I drive.

I never smoke the tires, spirited driving for sure but no burn outs or the like. Mostly street driving but i do go to the track, 1/4 mile and road course about twice a year or so.

RE11 is the better track tire. I have heard the PSS doesn't like extended periods of high heat. From what I gather, if you are a fast driver you can get the PSS to chunk towards the end of an HPDE session depending on how hot it is. The RE11 should handle that abuse better.

PSS is really a street tire that can reach up to near track-level grip whereas the RE11 is more track-oriented while still retaining good street driving characteristics.
