tire size question

i got a great deal for a set michilin pilot super sport tires.. however i know if i should pull the trigger on them. the tires are 245/40/19 and 275/35/19. would i have a problem mounting this on the 10.5 nismo wheels? I dont want any rubbing or uneven ware...any help greatly appreciated
