Was hoping to cheap N light but it appears that won't happen so far as I know.

EDIT: waist of a thread...ops :(

AMEs are available in the US; there's actually an AME North America.

Have a look at Weds SA60Ms too; they only come in 18s, but they look similar.

I like them but just not the right size. Was hoping for a 19x10 and 19x11 or 19x9.5 and 19x10.5...light weight and cheap.

Omikron 03-28-2012 08:20 AM

These look similiar, not sure if the size will be right in 19" though.

M368 - Avant Garde Wheels

Pm Getyourwheels on here and he can give you the details. He is the avante garde go to guy. Great customer service also ;)

Wedsport SA55M (21 pounds a piece
19x9.5+15
19.10.5+15

They are like 2200 for the set... Made in Japan too :)

kenchan 03-28-2012 01:11 PM

if you're going for the weds, they now offer 19x9.5 ET24 for the front. better fit than ET15.

i personally use ET38 with a 5mm spacer for the front. it's the Front face one too. not a big fan running Rear face on the front on RWD cars.

SPOHN 03-28-2012 06:00 PM

Those wheels a sharp. Hehe.

Whats the difference between the front and rear faces?

OMGWTFBBQ 03-28-2012 10:48 PM

There's a guy selling a set of these AME wheels on the "other" z forum.

Member SPOHN has a set on his 370z:

There are a few sets for sale if you do some digging

Xplicit97 03-29-2012 03:12 AM

Light and cheap generally do not go hand in hand, however light and reasonable might. Try pickiing up a used set of Wedssports or something similar

Dude you were asking for inexpensive light wheels! I gave you the wedsport idea cause they are inexpensive for a light wheel....

yes the CE28 is beautiful and is also 3900 for the set.... Vs 2200 for the wedsport...

I have owned numerous sets of Volks, they are great wheels and there is a reason i keep going back to them. I gave you input on what you asked. Now give me a rep haha :happydance:

front face has shallower concave but spokes protrudes past the lip for brake caliper clearance. it's a very dramatic look when coupled with the rear face on the rear. rear face has deep concave and minimal protrusion past the lip. imho, that's how RWD cars should look when running aftermarket tuner type wheels.

I had Forgestars for my Rx8. 18x10 that weighed 18 ish lbs for $1300. That is light and cheap. Same with the RPF1's...about the same price and weight. I know this is a different car...that's the reason I am being patient to see what comes out. I honestly don't like the look of the forgestars on the 370Z so we shall see what I decide on.

The Wedsports do not come in the size I would want. The price is much better but I'd rather spend more to be happy. Either way still looking.

kenchan 03-29-2012 06:33 PM

your car your choice.

Huck 03-29-2012 06:53 PM

You mentioned forgestars, the F14 is similar to what you're looking for. Can't remember the exact weight, but they're it super heavy, and they have a variety of finish options.

I had the F14's on the Rx8...I just hate the way they look on the Z. Does not flow well in my opinion.

But on the Rx8...Whoa mama...

can anyone tell me, where i can get the canards and front windsplitter for the nismo

Huck 03-29-2012 07:19 PM

I mean, everyone is entitled to their opinion.

BUT HOW CAN YOU SAY THAT?!?! Lol the F14's on the 370Z are sex incarnate to me lol

Those are Avant Guards :ugh2: :wtf2:

They are actually nice on that NISMO I like them but they would need to be 20's to look good and have the width I would like in the front. I just don't think 20's are a good idea for a car I will track.

Huck 03-29-2012 11:15 PM

Yeah I had a retarded moment lol, sorry.

Hers the pic I meant to post.

They just don't wow me like they did on the Rx8...I was seriously thinking of keeping the Forgestars so I went looking for pics and they were  on the 370. Maybe they just need to be more concave...I hate the flat look unless it has a lip like the CE28...HA-MAZING! The fronts on the 370 pic you posted are WAY flat.

Huck 03-29-2012 11:53 PM

I could be wrong but I thought I saw some about a concave version somewhere here on the forums. Lots deeper wells for the back.

Doesnt flow well :icon14: I, as well as MANY forum members believe its one of the nicest wheels on a 370. It flows way better on the Z that that rx8, IMO.

BTW...In order to get concave on the Forgestars they have to be 10 inch wide or more.

Correct. I like it that way. I have a staggered setup w much less concave in front than the rear, the way a RWD should be.

corbin09 03-30-2012 12:53 PM

What size and offset are those rpf1s? The ones I test fitted hit the brake.
