Thats not my car. its just something that popped up google and happens to be an official pic from Rays, the manufacturer. Its even on the product page:

RAYS - The concept is racing. [en]

Guessing its a 19 given the way the brakes sit in it. Pretty average fitment, the most aggressive is 19x10.5 +12 which is what i would run in the front.

19x9.5 +25 and 19x10.5 +12 would be super easy fitment, no work required. Not nearly aggressive enough for me

That looks incredible, I think that 18's with the right fitment (and coilovers) are great looking on the Z34 platform.
