those size are good?

other size that i like is the 255/45/18 & 285/40/18

They'll work but are extremely small. And 255/40, 285/35 are better.

Smallest front I'd run is a 275. Rear I'd prefer a 295.

Looks great! That's the size I'm ordering. What offsets are you running and what tires?

nissan_fan 02-18-2015 11:56 AM

Forgestar F14's +22 offset all around

Tires are 245/40 front and 275/40 rear
Asked for 275/35 rear to keep drop balanced and didn't notice that they gave me 275/40. No I need to change fronts to 245/45 cause car is dipped in front and scraping the splash guard frequently.

Has anybody run 4 rear base 18s for a square setup? Wondering how this would look with the 2013+ base wheels.

How does it sit with the fenders? Do the fronts stick out more than the rear? I'm wanting to go 18x9.5+35 front, and 18x10.5+12 rear, but the front would be too sunken into the wheel well for my taste and I really don't want to add weight with a spacer. So I'm wondering what a 18x9.5+10 would do since the wheels I'm looking at only come in +35 or +10 for a 9.5.

Really?? Forgestar told me that for the 9.5" width, they only go down to +26 and for 10" width, they only go down to +16. That's what it says on their website also. UNLESS, you deep in the front and super deep in the rear. But from the pictures, it looks like you're just semi in the front and deep in the rear. Are you sure about your offsets??

josemartinrea 02-19-2015 08:00 AM

Hm. I wonder what will happen if I put it at OEM specs. Can anyone else chime in on this? Wanting to go with 18x9.5+10 front and 18x10.5+12 rear.

I bought them from a member here a while back and they were advertised as +22 offset all around. All I know is they clear Akebonos jajaja
Will try to check the offset when I go back home.

Mine are 18x10 +35 / 18x10 +25 but shop I ordered them from was way off on the rears. I should have ordered all 4 18x10 +35 and ran spacers on the rear so I could rotate them because I am running 20mm spacers on the rear now and can't rotate.

I guess you could buy 10mm spacers for when you rotate?

I will be joining the 18 inch master race soon...

martin82 02-26-2015 01:59 PM

why the enkei nt03 are awesome 18x10.5+30 and just add a 15-20mm spacer in rear and rotate all you want!

Sport brakes? Suspension specs? Looks awesome! Exactly what I want for a track setup.

Akebono Brakes (plenty of clearance)
BC Racing Coilovers - Currently set too low now with the 18s, so ill be raising it .25 inches F and R
Alignment - All in spec except for the fronts (-2.0 deg of camber). These settings will change after I make changes to the ride height.

No spacer needed right? I needed a 20mm with the +45's. It's very tight in there.

That much poke is why I ran the 18x9.5+35 f and 18x10.5 +12 rears. Fitment was great and I was able to run 285 tires on front with perfect fitment and 305 rears and didn't have to roll pr pull fenders. The +10 fitment kind of leaves you screwed for more tire.

Sorry for ask but to use those tires on front do i have to run spacers?

JWillis72 04-24-2015 02:38 PM

No, it doesn't rub at all. My wheels are 18x10 +35 / 18x10 +25 at the suggestion on the guy I ordered them from. The fronts were perfect but he blew the back ones, I have 20mm spacers on them in the picture.

Thanks for the help dude! im searching now for the tires

JWillis72 04-24-2015 04:46 PM

You will have to have the camber for them not to stick out at the top.

TBH I'm horrible with this fitment thing.
Looking at some Cosmis Racing wheel
Xt-006r
18×9.5 +10mm 5×114.3

18×11 +8mm 5×114.3

I want to run a beefy set up on tires.
Would I have to do any fender work to make this work with these specs?

chrischhorn 04-27-2015 05:01 AM

+10 on front is gonna require some fender rolling and possibly pulling even with stretched tires with a decent amount of camber. 18x9.5 +35 and I was able to run 285/35 tires on front with no rolling, or pulling the fenders. but I was running -2.8 camber for autocross.
