The reason it looks massive is because the Pilot Super Sport's sidewalls are just beefy. If you look at other tires there is a lip that comes out and breaks the look of the sidewall. The OEM Advans have these. On the PSS its just a fat sidewall lol.

That would be my set up if Michelin offered PSS in 275/40/18. 265/40/18 in the rear now will just have to do for now.

Was just told my RPF1's are on the way and my tires too but will be here in a week or so because of the holiday.
18x9.5 +45 in silver because they didn't have black or any other size 18x10.5 +15 in black 255/40, 285/35 tires for DD and something just for now so the car will roll. I'm going to plasti dip the silver fronts till I can get more money and have them powder coated later. Anyone know what spacer ill need?? I know the 18x9.5 +38 will work with a 15mm spacer because Mike tried. But will the 15mm spacer work with the +45?

Do hub centric spacers matter since the rpf1 has a 73mm bore? The rotor is 65.9mm so no spacer will fit the new wheel. But obviously I can get one to match the rotor. It's way cheaper to just buy a flat spacer with long studs.

Hubcentric spacers for the hub with hubcentric rings on the spacer to fit the wheel bore is the ideal method. That's what I did with mine. The hub rings are so cheap that they are worth it in every scenario. The hubcentric spacers are more expensive though. Still a good peace of mind.

Hubcentric spacers will have basically the same bore lip as the vehicle. A hubcentric spacer of 66.1mm will have a 66.1mm bore kn the outer side also. I was running 15mm hubcentric spacers on the front. Then had hubcentric rings on the spacers. I no longer have the spacers on the vehicle but the hubcentric rings still fit perfect on my hub and wheels.
