Default Locking wheel nuts - Am I being stupid?

Decided to give my wheels some TLC on Sunday, got down and started to clean them and noticed the locking wheel nut didn't have a cover on, and when I checked all the wheels, none of them did!
I'm sure the car came with these covered, but now I'm second guessing myself.
These are the 19" rays - has everyone with the locking wheels nuts on, got these covered?
Thanks

LOL yes we have a few more differences too

I'm from Wales orginally but lived just outside London for a few years before moving out here. I used to work for Guinness in London, which was close to Ealing, so I kind of know the area.
Ever been over there to vist?

Yeah. I went with just my dad, we stayed with some family in SouthHall I think.

We visited the house my dad used to live in but no one was there......lol
Then I saw the museum with the stuffed animals. That was quite something. Then saw the Queen's house and Windsor Castle. Pretty much I went everywhere.
