another spacer question !!
Wait, before you flame. I just want to clarify because I take safety into consideration. I want to buy a set of 4 spacers but according to Modshack (very experience guy)
http://www.the370z.com/diy-section-d...r-install.html Only the front will need stud replacement spacers and the rear won't. But I want to hear more opinions since what I've heard is the bolts on spacers are not very safe. So why is it ok to use bolts on to the rear wheels. Will I be okay with that set up? (amount of work is also taken into consideration, less is great):ughdance: |
Some people use bolt on and some don't. I prefer a stud replacement spacer but others have run bolt ons without issue. The key is to buy quality (like H&R), install everything correctly, and regularly check them to make sure everything is torqued and in good shape.

^ what he said. (I taught him everything he knows anyways...!)

I'm running 20mm bolt-on all around and feel safe. Like previously said. Buy quality (H&R or Ichiba) and torque to spec. If you plan to race, then you might want to look at stud vs. bolt-on.
