(255/25/19, 395/30/19)

1. Wet/Dry Traction:

Dry - EXCELLENT. These will not break under any conditions I've been able to put them under so far. Let's just say on a highway onramp curve at 3 digit speed, you will not move, even when it's bumpy. No track experience yet.

Wet - On damp, or light wetness they are fine. However, under Heavy rain condition, I would advise no driving at speed. Even though claimed to have a high hydroplaning resistance, I found this to not be true and in fact, hydroplaned.

2. Cornering

Superb. Never felt any buckle in the sidewalls through aggressive driving, or cornering.

3. Treadlife

So far only have 7k on them, but they seem to be holding up very well, again with no track days yet.

4. Noise

Quieter than stock, (as if there were any that weren't... )

5. Final comments

Due to moving from a desert to a place where it can rain heavily whenever it wants, I will be moving from the PSS' to the Michelin 970AS (all seasons) and possibly keeping the PSS's for just track days. Unless I were to find a buyer who wanted them now.

I hope that's supposed to be a 2

Don't mix-match tires. You'll want 4 of the same brand/model. Otherwise your cornering will be very odd, and mixed traction on mixed surfaces - unsafe.

thank you! ill get all 4 nitto 555r 2 extreme, think ill place that order now. I went with ssr type-f 18x9.5 +22 and 18x10.5 +15 flat black. Better for racing and cheaper, plus they are not rare so no worries if they get dinged

I was curious what you had ended up going with since you were letting the Gen's go... The boxes gave me an idea, but wasn't 100% sure.

I demandz pics!

I'm looking at getting the Michelin 970AS' if you're looking for an All Season tire, might wanna give those a peek.

no, just want a hardcore semi-sticky tire. This car isnt my DD no more and im PROBABLY going to get a trailer for it, expensive tires and nails don't do good in you pockets. My car just got shipped and no camera, as you can see in my album I have A LOT of work ahead of me

I'm looking forward to seeing them on your car.

Now im looking for coilovers(hks) camber kit and oil cooler. I'll be set after that

There's a slightly used set of KWv3's for sale right now. Unless you want a new set, they're the best I've seen. I use them myself.

Right now we've got SPC and SPL camber arms, SPC is what I have and they took the 'offroading' I did and no bends. I've heard some people having problems with the SPL's coming loose on track events..

And for Oil Coolers, the Z1 kit is the best bang for your buck with the option to just upgrade your cooler size later on.

I glad to hear your offroading adventures are going well lol

Ill do some looking when I get back from the gym but I did notice the KW for sale but wanted to compare the spring rates to the HKS and durability.

The Z1 kit I have looked into. I like the options they provide along with the quality.
