New Wheels

About a two years ago I ordered these rims. It took almost 11 months to get them in the mail. The day before I left for deployment I received them in the mail. I went on deployment for 7 months and then I wanted to wait until I needed new tires for the car before I put these rims on. I wasnt sure at first how the GTS would look on a black car but after putting them on I couldn't be happier. The offsets are +30 in the front and +8 in the rear. Please let me know what you guys think :)

first off, thanks for you're service.

They look alright to me. I'm personally not a fan of that particular wheel but they look fine.

cptspeed 01-06-2012 03:31 PM

I like em. Now drop it.

TypeOne 01-06-2012 03:32 PM

I like these wheels... always have.

What sizes and offsets are you running?

More pictures?

Does look like it should be lower.. but good start!

Blackcrimzon 01-06-2012 04:42 PM

I would love to lower my CA but for those of you that have ever Driven in CA you Know that having a lowered car can suck really bad for your front end. I scrap all of the time coming in and out of drive ways from places even going in and out at angles. I dont know the offsets right now but Ill get them and post them up along with more pictures.

I agree with Type One this is an excellent start. I live in socal and even in Irvine theres still driveways and uneven road. I'm lowered by 2" and have a lip and its not too bad (planning on MOAR LLLOWAR!).. just pick the driveways you know you can clear. Anyways I think a subtle drop on Swift springs ~1" will make your setup pop!

I had those on my 350z and I loved them, and Im surprised how good they look on the 370z. Anymore pics?

One of my favorite wheels. Look fantastic!

Dark Sarcasm 01-06-2012 09:40 PM

Blackcrimzon 01-06-2012 11:03 PM

I dont have any more pictures right now. I just took one really quick with my phone. Tomorrow I plan on taking a few more to post up. Thanks for all the feed back so fare :)

Looks great. Go for a drop next.

BlackZeda 01-07-2012 12:17 PM

 It would take some really fugly wheels to make a MB NISMO look bad...Those wheels look pretty damn good. I bet if you painted the door handles and all the emblems that same color things would really pop. As-is, it looks great.

Thanks for your service!

Sounds like Pepboys is upping their game, carrying Volk.

I gotta go by there.

I do drive careful but I still find that I scrap my front end. One of the drive ways I leave my class from is crazy bad. Its those drive ways that no matter how I enter it from I scrap. It just makes me not want to drop it any lower even though I want to. I will most likely sometime down the road but need more money :)

Yeah I am sorry about that, I have been crazy busy at work and haven't had time. Now my car is in the shop for a minor repair. I hope to have it back by friday and then get more pics up.

roy'sz 01-10-2012 12:25 PM

I scrape with stock ride height in most driveways and always am entering at an agressive angle. I think it might be the little front flaps instead of the solid piece that runs around the front fascia. only 4 scres holds those on...

Blackcrimzon 01-14-2012 10:45 AM

more pictures add :)
