Most likely, it'll be easier to get them there than here since cats are lazy when it comes to shipping (in my experience from the last sets that came available). Get with Jesse Streeter or RHD Japan of you don't already have a Japanese contact.

Just received my M6 Chrome pierce bolts for the SSR’s,
I got a few questions for the experts
Are the SSR WHEELS welded from the barrels?
Once I swap out the pierce bolts and torque them down to specs do I need to reseal with new silicone or leave as is cus they are welded

They are sealed with a sealant. They are not welded.
