BMW wheels
 

I believe its the BMW M5 that has some nice concave wheels that would look great on the Z, especially if they're painted matte black; does anyone know where I might procure one of these on the cheap or something that looks like it

Dragster, you might want to take a look at Avant Garde 310 wheels. Here is what they looked liked on my old Z. Oh and they do come in black.

God-Speed took the words right out of my mouth, OP Avant Garde are direct knock off's of the style from your original pic, do a quick search, so many members run those in matte black on the 370, and look at sponsor classified wheels and tires, a few sponsors sell them in tons of sizes offsets and colors including matte black and hyper silver.

They are around 2400 with hankook tires

aren't the wheels from the competetion package for the M3?

First get the car, then worry about wheels.

Second, the wheels on your Z will weight less than a "cheap version" of BMW wheels.
