Make sure to clean the wheels thoroughly to get any grease or residue off (wax and grease remover is recommended). Then figure out how you want to line them up and use either some blue painter's tape or even better some vinyl pinstriper's tape to mark where you want the shape to go. Then just slowly lay the decal down from left to right (or right to left) and peel the backing as you go. You should also apply even pressure with a credit card or a squeegie on the top of the decal.

no instructions required to put on a sticker

step 1. don't worry too much about it. a millimeter off won't kill the look.
then follow the steps above. tbh, i didn't bother with painters tape or anything. i took my thumb and visually lined up stuff.

Don't use Goo Gone!!!

You can use a mild dish soap, then rinse and dry thoroughly. Alternatively, you can hit up Autozone/Pep Boys/O'Reilly etc and get a "wax and grease remover" from the paint or detail sections.

i put them last week, and one of them is little off.
since then, about 50 people looked at it, most looked them very close, no one has noticed it.
only you will know, so don't worry too much.

The only thing I would add is to make sure the decals are on the same spoke on each wheel. I went opposite of the red valve stem. Example opposite of the valve stem and to the right. For those anal types
