Nismo wheels vs Sport Wheels

So I will be putting Nismo wheels on my base non-sport coupe. That being said the, what is the difference between the tires for the sport wheels vs Nismo wheels?

Default Nismo wheels vs Sport Wheels

So I will be putting Nismo wheels on my base non-sport coupe.
That being said the, what is the difference between the tires for the sport wheels vs Nismo wheels? The sport rear tires are a 275/35/19 while the Nismos are a 285/35/19. What's the difference here? Excuse my ignorance, I'm new to this stuff.

nothing really. just an insignificant size upgrade. The 285's would fit on the sport rims. I have 295's on mine and some people put 305's etc

The 285 is 10mm wider, and gives just a wee bit more contact patch on the street surface. With the wider tire unfortunately comes the added unsprung weight. I think it's a good compromise though.
