Should look sick!

GetYourWheels 11-21-2011 04:07 PM

Thanks for the order!

speedworks 11-21-2011 05:19 PM

Congrats, why didn't you get the 9.5 in the front?

GetYourWheels 11-21-2011 05:32 PM

He wanted the semi concave face in the front and deep concave face in the rear.

007MI6 11-21-2011 10:58 PM

Hmmmmm, I really think those rims in Gunmetal would look sick on my car. Thanks for the idea! Same tire sizes too.

Omikron 11-22-2011 06:34 AM

I've already sold my factory 40th wheel so these will be backup. I have a few minor rash and peeling so I might have these sanded down and powder coated.

On another note, according to Eric, Forgestar's order system is down so I am assuming he hasn't ordered the wheels. Might take longer than I thought.

I hate the game that you're playing

Im running the same setup although Im running +20 up front. Wish I could have gone +20 or so in the rear too for slightly better fitment. You are gonna love the choice. I ordered from Eric as well, wait was long, as it usually is w Forgestar but it will be well worth it. They are great wheels. Check out my album if you wanna see more pics of them on a Z. I got them in the bronze burst finish and I must say they are gorgeous:tup:

Yep. Started with rock hitting the lips up to literally EVERY object catching on that lip. This is why the next wheel is not going to have step lip

Offsets a little weak eh?

Any particular reason why you chose that width?

Huh? Any more aggressive than this and ill be needing more neg camber. Like mentioned earlier 9 because of semi concave. 9.5 puts it at deep concave. I don't know about you but semi front and deep rear is pretty darn sexy.

Like I said, those are my rim sizes and the semi front deep rear is the shizzz.

How low did you go with your setup?

Im lowered on Swift springs. Never did a before and after measurement. Average distance is about 1.25" lower front, 1" rear I believe. Rear could def be lower, looks wise at least.

fxroar 02-09-2012 08:22 PM

So.. I got my first fix it ticket for not having front license plate.. Kinda ruined the day til I realized that the boxes in the living room are the new F14s.

Now I am all  :happydance: :happydance: :happydance: :happydance: :happydance:

Ordered the Hankook ventus v12 and these bad boys will be on tomorrow afternoon. CANT WAIITTTT!!

I try to avoid them so I don't know. I would imagine they're strong, though.
