Yeah I suppose it depends on what you want from your z. I don't track mine either, but I am not willing to sacrifice acceleration for a nicer looking wheel. As long as I don't notice it then idc, but if it is noticeable then I will look for another wheel

This is kind of my thought also. My second choice is a Forgestar wheel, and since I will be getting the 310 powdercoated a custom color, the Forgestar in the same size/offset is only a couple hundred more (plus Forgestar doesn't charge for colors).

I like the f14 but ultimately I chose avant garde powdercoated gloss black because I've had avant garde wheels on my vehicle before. I know the product and love the look. Can't wait to have them on the z with these zick offsets. I can't wait to get them on my car.

Yes however the lowest offset they come in is +23 in the rear which will not be as flush as the 310. The weight difference is not that far either. We are talking 2-3 lbs.

Is that 2-3 lbs per wheel or for all 4 wheels?

Omikron 04-02-2012 02:44 PM

I think thats per wheel.

Hmm that stinks, I really didn't want to run a spacer.

New wheels

:ughdance: Damm, those are the prettiest things Ive ever seen. I cannot describe how awesome they look with the 255/295s. I mean, shyt, so aggressive. The guys at the dealer just stared. All of them including the owner. The tires make the Z aggressive over the top. Perfect offsets as the tires just flare out from the car. That is super nice. The guys at the dealer said it looks like a Porshe. It gets better. Now the wheels. Fabulous. The concave, the shine, I like that style. Also going from 18s to 19s add more. I cleaned em and used a tire black 3 times. Stunning on my black Z. Will post pics tonite. One word of caution. Buy the TPMS with the tires. I didnt. Exchanging means if I ever put the 18s back on awhen/if I trade in, then the new owner would expect them. Also, exchanging them would take longer and you or the dealer must be very careful as not to damage the tires. So, Im driving without the TPMS and have to put up with the little sensor being on. If it bothers me, Ill order a set and have it done later, but it s not cheap. I simply might cover up the sensor indicator with a product that ill look for. Could use electrical tape or something a little better asthetically. That is if it a bother. I drove home slow and the indicator hasnt come on yet. But its not a problem and can be resolved. Now, the ride home on smooth roads gaVE ME a very nice ride, better than the stocks, but it was a slow ride. Overall on a scale of 1 to 10, its a 10.1. Pics coming tonite. :driving:

I think I'll like them too. I'm just curious because I haven't seen gloss black...
