Bridgestone OEM vs Michelin Pilot Super Sport

What a difference between tires.

When ever I took a tight corner I could feel the Z just let its weight transfer outward and just feel like it wouldn't take much to let go. Then when the corner was over the weight of the car would transfer back into the center. I always assumed this was the suspension. I just kind of figured it was to make a soft ride to appeal to the masses.

Then I had Michelin Pilot Super Sport 245/275 put on the car. Soon as I got into the car I felt like the car was tighter. I wasn't sure if I was my imagination at first. Then I was driving home on the highway and the tires are about 10% quieter. My girlfriend says the tires are 20% quieter. I don't believe there will be any tire that is super quiet but I have to say its a PLUS that these tires have less roar.

When I was driving to work the next day I have a few corners in a mountain I must pass to get there. Oh man no more weight transfer at all. These tires make the car for me. I can go through the corners about 10mph faster with ease and its STILL not pushing the car. I wont be attempting to push it but its nice to feel the car handle the way its supposed to. I believe the weight transfer I felt before was soft side walls on the OEM letting the car shift its weight. The new tires do not have this problem.

Because of these tires I don't want new suspension or sway bars. The tires fixed my craving for better handling. I definitely recommend them over stockers.
