Default 255/40/19 or 255/35/19

Some advice on a tire choice up front. Im due for some new shoes so im torn between 35s or 40s. I have the factory nismo wheels and did try to fit a pair of 245/35/19s and they didnt look right for me.They didnt fill the space enough. Now im thinking if i go 255/35/19 ill be all good? Or should i stay with the factory height at 40? Cause i know if i go 255/40/19s it raises the height slightly over stock fitment which is 245/40/19. Wondering will it sit to high? Im lowered w tein springs and need to make a wise decision. Thanks in advance ppl.

unless your car is lowered 255/35 will appear lifted.

i'd go 265/35/19 for the front if you want to go wider without looking lifted.

Id loved to be able to do that. But unfortunately my pimp hand isnt as strong as it was. Lol. What would be the next best idea? Should i just play it safe and stay w stock fitment?
i wanted to make a step up in width tho by going 55s..
Oh my car is lowered.
