It CAN cause wheel bearing failure... if you do not install properly. If you get spacers with a hubcentric ring you will be fin.

I plan to get 15mm H&R DRM (bolt on style) for the rear, but I only want the fronts out 5mm more (personal preference).

Was looking for a hubcentric 5mm spacer by itself (no extended studs) to just simply slip on over the stock studs and bolt the wheel up. May have to get an ebay one which I'm weary of.

On the Nismo I ran 8mm spacer with the stocks studs.

I got like 3 turns. I would not recommend it again. It was for 15 miles and I felt unsafe.

Get some extended studs. Open ended lugs. Incase u wanna go biggevspacer

...based on the fact the distance between the two front wheels has been increased (let's say 30mm if you did 15mm on the fronts) does it increase the turning radius any ?

Another thing to note:
Spacers increase negative camber, which decreases understeer (not a problem on the Z)
Increases tire wear a bit as there is stronger degree of camber
Makes steering feel stiffer

Ok I probably just blind lol, but does H&R or Eibach make a Type 2 10mm spacer? I've looked at a few sites online and I'm only finding Type 1's with a 10mm spacer. The lowest Type 2 that I can find is 15mm. I really don't care to replace the studs, can someone post a link to a site with 10mm Type 2 spacer

I know that H&R and Eibach do not make a Type 2 spacer in 10mm size. I love my 15mm H&R Type 2 though! Perfect stance!
