I know that H&R and Eibach do not make a Type 2 spacer in 10mm size. I love my 15mm H&R Type 2 though! Perfect stance!

Do you have these 15mm spacers on the front or just the rear? I would go 20mm on the rear but I wonder if the amount of stud that protrudes would be the same on the front as the rear. I would like to do 15mm on the front if possible.

When I ordered mine they said only 20mm and bigger will work with factory rims and studs, so i dunno who came up with them not working then. I wish I would have done 20/25 rear the rear end does need just a little more then 20mm.

I installed on rear only. Stillen's website says you cannot install H&R DRM (type 2) spacers at all up front with OEM wheels. I know there is a bolt on the hub to prevent rear wheels from being accidentally installed on the front. Not sure if this is the cause, but you can remove that bolt. Or maybe the OEM front wheels do not have any kind of recess for the spacer stud to extend into.

I removed the bolt up front as it does nothing, and installed the 20mm Type 2 Spacers. This worked fine. I didnt buy those type of spacers though. I got the Kics project brand without the center ring.

i didn't know if i had to post this here, but here are some pics of my Z1 20mm spacers with the built-in studs that i did a few hours ago. (Only the rear)

By the way, i have a question for you guys that installed the built-in studs spacer.
When you tightened your wheel on the spacer, did yours built-in studs moves a few millimeters forwards due to the torque??
i thing it's normal, i just want to have a confirmation from you..

Wheel specs are : 20x8,5 ET 38 front and 20x10 ET 25 Rear, pretty much like the oem 19'' wheels

The front will need it to, but i don't know if it will be 15mm or 20mm, what you thing??

YES, you NEED either to install extended studs or purchase a spacer with built-in studs. I did a 5mm spacer up front without extended studs, but I wouldn't go any thicker than 5mm if you don't plan to use extended studs.

Looks great. Just received my H & R spacers, 20mm all around. I'll install tomorrow. Did you use any Loctite 242 on the hub bolts? Some people have suggested that to prevent the spacer from loosening. Where did you get he 80 lb. torque rating?

I think the manual says 80-85 lbs

Anti-Seize on the parts. I will check the nut torque at 500-1,000 miles.

i see people been using 25/20 spacers with the base 18's. would this still work with no rubbing when i lower the z on teins? anyone?
