Not having any luck getting my 2009 to go into programming mode. After installing my new wheels with new TPMS the tire light started flashing. Everytime I start the car

Not having any luck getting my 2009 to go into programming mode. After installing my new wheels with new TPMS the tire light started flashing. Everytime I start the car the light will flash for about 30-45 seconds and then it stays on. I have tried the grounding before turn on and through turn off and then it goes in to a diagnostic mode. I'll give it a couple of more tries and then I'm done. I'll pay someone to program the new sensors, its just not worth doing while it is +100 outside.
