Not a chance, you will rub like hell. I have 255/35's on a 9.5 +18 and any bigger and Id rub. Im actually buying new wheels to be able to run a 275 or 285 up front and they will be a 10" +30

275/35/18 up front on Forgestars. Silky smooth at all highway and track speeds.

I did used to run Starquest wheels on my 240sx at the track and got some very bad vibration like you are talking about. I had the wheels balanced, and my suspicion kind of went to the spacers, but they weren't hubcentric.

275/35-19 PSS on 9.5x19 +25. Fits perfect. :D

AutoX setup: 315/30-18 on 18x10 +30
fwiw Currently still at factory ride height as ASP builds are freaking expensive especially a good set of race shocks.

275's on the front and 305's on the rear, stock wheels. Drives 10x better than stock...

No issues, vibrations or otherwise

It's already been said, its the wheel or tire if the balance is right. Although I will say some tires just suck. If you read some reviews on tire rack you'll see a few tires that are just insanely quite and smooth. The conti DW comes to mind. The oem tires I had sounded like a mud tire and didn't feel smooth. Although I never checked if the tires had been deflated from 60psi from Nissan.
