As for wheel size the stock sports Rays are 19x9 and 19x10, the Nismo Rays are 19x9.5 and 19x10.5.

Tire size doesn't really play too much into how full the wheel well looks, it's the wheel offset. I currently have 275 front and 305 rear tires and it still looks much the same as stock.
