New tire

Changed stock tires to 245/45/18 front 275/40/18 rear. I never looked at the OEM tire wear and it was bad, wear pattern was all on the inside of rear tires.

Default New tire

Will have the alignment looked at this week. I have not changed suspension yet or lowered it so I am assuming that I can get the camber back to nominal with OEM camber adjustments.

Your alignment may have been off in the rear from the factory that's why you have excessive wear in the rear.

Just a thought.

Default Rear tires

no doubt that the rear was out that much. Never gave it a thought until I started to loose a lot of traction. 13k miles and new tires.

How do your tires look on your stocks 18"s? I would like to do this also. I'm more concerned about the rear tires since it's pushing the limit on rim size.

Did a lot of research prior to getting the tires. If you spec out your tires it will show you the rim width they will fit. I have no problem with them fitting.

I bought BFGOODRICH G-force T/A KDW Summer tires as I am in Florida. I have to get an alignment, I like them so far great grip in dry and wet conditions. I may need spacers to get the wheels out more but have not looked at that as of yet.

For tires you will have to give up some things for performance. Like noise and or comfort.
