Okay, right up front it's from Harbor Freight. So the elitists can kindly exit now. For everyone else this thing is low profile (2-5/8") and can still get enough height

Finally A Decent Jack
Okay, right up front it's from Harbor Freight. So the elitists can kindly exit now. For everyone else this thing is low profile (2-5/8") and can still get enough height to max out most jackstands (23-3/4"). It's not that fancy aluminium stuff so it's definitely not portable. The shipping weight showed 100 pounds and that's probably not too far off the mark. Otherwise it's quite good. Still can't reach the front middle jack location without a side jack first unfortunately. And a pic at almost full height.

I use a hf aluminum low profile jack and it's still too high to fit it under the front of the car. I just drive onto a couple 4*6 nailed together.
If you have a front lip you have to jack up the front first or you're going to break the lip don't raise the rear first.

List Price: $199 (riiiiiight) Sale Price: $129
At that height in the rear the OEM front guards are just touching and I'm lowered on H&R springs. As stated above you would want to jack the front first with this jack. Also, in the following pic you'll notice my little jack. I jacked it up at the shown height to allow the larger jack to fit underneath from the front. Now I just need taller jack stands. |

I bought a much cheaper aluminum floor jack from HF and it has worked fine for me every time. It was a quarter of the price this was though and definitely doesn't lift the car nearly as high. Nice find!

That looks like a nice garage jack.
