If so? What setup do you recommend for stock z? For maximum flush?

Will i be able to use my tpms from my oem 18" wheels?

Yes, you will be able to use your factory TPMS sensors.

Thank you for that picture! I've been wondering what the gold would look like on a solid red. Just wish I could find what a nismo would look like with these..

Here is a better day time pic of them on the car. I love the gold on red and i am sure you will be really happy with these wheels.

Love these rims. I saw you mentioned some weights a few pages back, 27lbs and 30lbs. Were those for the 20's? If so, what is the weight of the 19's?

19's are about 2.5lbs less per wheel.
