Wheel size 20 19 18 pros and cons???
I recently purchased off set 18x9.5 and 18x8.5 enkei black wheels and was contemplating purchasing 19s not 20 s because road in VA sux(thanks DMV) and car is getting lower 3/4th in and 1 inch......as far as handling acceleration top speed and braking and any other positive or negative regarding wheel size.....I did have pressed studs at 30mm installed in rear comes out about half inch more than stock wheels....any feedback is appreciated

Lowering your car should not matter cause you'll be using shorter sidewall tires to maintain circumference. Actually larger wheels with shorter profile tires will look better when lowered to minimize wheel gap especially running agressive offsets.
19's are optimum size for street imo, 18's for track (tires cheaper and more sidewall rubber to soften uneven roads while keeping suspension setting stiff) and 20's for dressup. Unless u got super bbk's. |
Ken summed it up perfectly. :)
