When was the last time someone actually spoke to Rick on the phone after his line went dead?

I haven't spoke with Rick on the phone in months now. He sends me e-mails here and there with the most recent being on Saturday.

I spoke to him 4 separate times last week Mon,Tues,Weds,Fri.

When they come ground UPS there isn't really any updates on where it is till it hits Georgia,but they are on time for delivery on Thurs plus Rick sent me a bonus in the mail

Have you filed a dispute with your cc company or bank? It maybe too late... if that's the case, hopefully Rick will do the right thing and refund half the money you put down back in Feb. 2010.

I'll add you to the list Shu... no guarantee it'll help get your $ back but it's worth a shot.
