Rick & i agreed that i will be keeping my money after i get the funds back from paypal claim and will pay Rick back when i get my front wheels. This is just for assurance that i can have something to hold on to.. & Rick agreed with that agreement...
To my surprise he sent an email to paypal for a disagreement on the paypal claim and i lost the claim WTF Rick?? I feel like im being robbed with nothing in hand while just hoping for Ricks promises to come true i.e. By early-mid August.. Im really frustrated dealing with a vendor like Rick... I fully regret buying the wheels from him!! Yes Regret!! If i dont get my wheels by early-mid August this year im sure im gonna take some serious actions..

What do i get for waiting 10 months for the wheels??? Nothing but Frustration!!!
Free goodies u say??? The Spacers u gave me was useless!! The Cf engine compartment parts u've promised to give them for free... Nada!! Never heard of it again!! U just want our money and didnt u even care whether ur customers are happy or not!! Damn!!!

He said my wheels were suppose to arrive to him today. Of course, I haven't got any update either. It is convenient*that the phone lines aren't working again suddenly when we are all expecting updates.

Well he did call me back we talked for alittle bit and reassured me they are going to here on Saturday I told him I have other stuff to do Saturday he said make sure I'm there and gave me certain directions when I open the boxes what I need to be looking for in one of the boxes.
At this point I'm going to give him the benefit of the doubt based on other things that where said in the conversation some things that were said I don’t feel like divulging on a open fourm.

^rootin' for you guys. I've been following Baer and Abgyak for the longest time... still amazes me on the situation.
Stogey, you can count me out... I went through other means to get my money back. I gave up after 6 1/2 months with nothing in my hands. Learning experiences: 1. Keep all correspondence and receipts! Digital and hard copies 2. Pay with a card for some type of paper trail 3. Notify the bank of the large purchase and see what they can work with for "delays". Most banks might not refund you after 60 days of the transaction. 4. If it feels sketchy, quit while you are ahead to alleviate more headaches down the road Even after all that, it's all still a huge gamble on any type of purchase. I just came up with that to keep folks in mind that they are spending literally THOUSANDS of dollars... Research! Research!! Research!!! <~~I can't stress that enough Good luck to all!

Sucks that alot of you are still being jerked around. Some states have pretty strong consumer protection laws. I would recommend that some of you start filing complaints against this company. Some good places to start would be the BBB, CA Attorney General, and the FTC.

Well as usual he called me back at the last minute and gave me a song and dance so now they are suppose to be hear Wed or Thurs next week instead of tomorrow,he also told me he was @ UPS and after he got done inside he would call me back in 15 minutes with a tracking number well that was 2 hrs. ago.
He told me he was sorry for messing everything up I told him get my wheels hear by Wed and give me a tracking number and I won't be mad,well as you can see he can't even do that. The guy is unfvcken believe able
