i think a mobile phone would help.. shud've never leave customers feel unsecured!!

I agree, if he would just make a way to contact him most of these issues wouldn't be here. That's the main thing that upsets me, I could deal with the delays up to a certain point but not being able to contact anyone is what really gets me.
