I'm also in the same boat guys, absolutely terrible service, and if anyone is reading this, do not buy from them..... I have spent over $15000 with him and the customer service....well what customer service?
I'm still waiting on a kit, engine cover kit, all I get is the same as everyone else, will be shipping on Monday, moving to new shop, changed phone number etc, all I can say is lucky I don't live over there in the US as there would be more being done about this, then writting in this forum!

I hear you man, I'm on the opposite coast as them and it sucks not being able to do anything. I feel like im in the middle of a Ponzi scheme. There is no excuse for the poor service. Whats the point of even having a phone if your never gonna answer or let your customers leave a voice message?

Before you post why don't you tell the full story!
Why don't you tell people your posting here right now casue you want your free kit?

Other then the free kit i'm sending you what other free parts you already have.
This guy said 2 wheels we shipped got damage,we ask for pictures.never got it.But i sent him 2 brand new wheels+tires right away drop ship from japan by air. Cost for shipping $1000."we paid"
The he said the AP BBK we sent him was almost damage.
Everything we ship we pack it really good.
Then he ask for a invoice and make it full price so he can calm insurance.
All these things he said happen but never got a picture.
So i feel bad for the guy so i'm giving him a free kit.Even when he already got a full kit already.
So the guy came up on
2 new wheels $1850
2 new tires $600
$1000 shipping
and a free lip kit and shipping $1800
Bro so before you start posting sh*t here tell the story right.

Rick Where do I start?,

Firstly it took over a year to receive my parts.... When you indicated 8 weeks hmmm also all my quotes from you were to my door including duties/taxes but that never happened did it? I ended up paying over $700aud to clear the shipment over here plus then delivery to my address you had promised to pay me that and still have the emails to prove it! "so still have not received that" also for the massively excessive delay in my order you also promised a takata intake and engine kit and body kit which is all well and good to say what you've done and what you plan to do for me, but until I see any of this, talk is cheap.
Also in regards to the kit u say i already got, your right i have, and i payed for that in full through andrew harrell which u had no contribution too, I have since sold that kit!.
However I did tell you I do not care about the intake aslong as I receive this bodykit that you have promised me........also I should note that I cancelled my financial complaints against your business with my bank, as a result of your promise to fullfill our arrangement of the bodykit.
So if you could please forward me the tracking number of the current air freight by tuesday night would be much appreciated.
