yea im going to talk to Ravespec too. this rick guy still think he had the right to tell his customers 2 months eta and then make them wait 10-12 months

I ordered Work Gnosis GS-2's from Mark @ Ravspec as well. They're the same wheel as the Venaci Spirit. ETA = 8 to 12 weeks.

So tomorrow's Friday & still havent got any news from Rick regarding on the info i requested.... if the information i requested were in Ricks hands, it would just take 5min to scan & upload it up... Not a 2 days wait thing.... So if i dont get my tracking number tomorrow i would assume Rick would say: "It'll be shipped next Monday, then on Monday he'd say it'll be out by Friday and when the said Friday comes he'd say no worries it'll be out sometime nextweek & you'll have your tracking number by then "
I can see thats the trend, keeping hopes high but in the end, FRUSTRATION.... I hope Rick can prove me wrong this time and receive my tracking number tomorrow..... & yet importantly the shipping documents sometime today....

It's changed names a couple times which is another reason I get nervous when they go days without responding to anyone.

I'm also in the same boat guys, absolutely terrible service, and if anyone is reading this, do not buy from them..... I have spent over $15000 with him and the customer service....well what customer service?
I'm still waiting on a kit, engine cover kit, all I get is the same as everyone else, will be shipping on Monday, moving to new shop, changed phone number etc, all I can say is lucky I don't live over there in the US as there would be more being done about this, then writting in this forum! Myz34 |
