^^ Right, I never questioned the argument about faulty ETAs. But I think people buy into the whole 'yes, this can be done quickly and perfectly' idea too easily. If you order a custom wheel, you can't honestly expect it to be done faster than a wheel that's being rolled off a mature production line one after another.
Perhaps at the end of the day it's an issue of managing expectations on both sides. But that's just my thoughts on it, taken from a purely manufacturing engineering standpoint. Custom ALWAYS takes longer, no matter what. Rick - quit moving already you're getting screwed over by your mobile shop  (I kid, I kid)
