Rick, speak up for yourself.

People speak for Rick because he refuses to speak himself. People have only really asked a basic few questions and seek only a honest answer.

1) Where are my wheels/parts?
2) When will I have them?
3) (and most recently) What are Venaci wheels and how are they made?

If Rick would have just promptly and truthfully answered these questions himself to each individual customer, this thread would have never existed. Non response will only lead to speculation and mostly it will all be bad.

I'm still waiting for my answers and have missed yet two more deadlines. What should I think?

Any Better?

Has anyone had any resolutions to their issues?

This is what I have:
1) No wheels
2) No tracking numbers
3) No contact

He is aware of my offset issue and I'm in waiting for a UPS call tag.

Well first of all, for the "group of people" that are waiting for wheels. From my correspondences, the wheels should be due to arrive near the end of June.

Yeah and that's right about........now. Still no word from Rick for me. Sent him 2 messages and no response. I just hope when the rest of us start getting our wheels we don't run into the same issue as abgyak and Baer. If it's not one thing to worry about it's another.

It's a Holiday weekend so good luck getting any answers  Also after the Holiday they might be moving shops or the phone lines might go down :ugh2:

Why is an entrepreneur like a rhinoceros?
Because he never charges his friends.

What do you call an entrepreneur's bank account?
Exhibit A.

What do you call an entrepreneur's tax return?
The evidence.

Why is an entrepreneur like a locksmith?
Because he gets paid whenever he makes a bolt for the door.

If you do not have anything worth adding to help these people solve their issue or have anything constructive to remedying the situation please keep your remarks to yourself!!! you are just :stirthepot: or kicking the bee's nest...

WOW! 8-12 months for wheels?!!!!! :shakes head:
This company needs to simply have the sets in stock in the US with the perfect offset for the Z I don't see the need for custom offsets.

Having the customer wait (even 2 months) for a product is ridiculous and not a smart way to do business.
I'm glad I got the heads up somewhere else before I purchased anything from them.

Billy02987 07-01-2011 06:56 PM

Well, my wheels were suppose to ship out today but of course never heard from Rick. Tried to contact him but no response. Another shocker.
