I ordered my wheels back in aug 2009 and look NO FREAKING RIMS!

I tried calling and emailing, but this guy "RICK" only send me a partial refund.

I need to find where this guy is, so I can file a claims.

So no one has posted on here in like a week. Does anyone know if it is true that ricks account has been closed. I'm getting ready to call my card company in like a week to try and get my money back so I was just wondering if anyone has had success in getting a refund recently.

good luck with that! if you order has been over 98 days the credit card company can say tuff luck ! you need to send all your emails to the card company and they will try and get some of your $ back...im going through it now.

Between this idiot "rick user Vipstatus" and "andrew hareell user Jamaica@uamotorsports" they have caused nothing but problems for a whole lot of people on this forum!! if anyone new is reading this thread i'm sure everyone above will vouch NOT to hand one cent over to them

^ but everything he is saying isnt a lie. Ordered wheels in 2010 and still havent gotten them. got my money back, but i bought brand new tpms sensors from nissan and sent them to him and now i want them back. But cant seem to get a hold of him in anyway.

Regardless, making personal Attacks is a Forum Rule Violation, and could lead to a potential Ban!! Chris is just letting him know. But again the Mods will eventually stumble onto it and I would advise him to edit his post.

Last time I checked the Forum Rules don't stipulate that personal attacks are ok "if it's all true". It may very well be the case that it is true, but there is no reason to attack someone publicly. Anyone with a problem has the Private Messaging system to resolve that issue. If it can't be resolved between the two parties, that's why our mods get the ridiculous paychecks they do to step in and resolve it for them. :tup:
