The so Called "Custom Wheels" were completed back in December 2010 as claimed by Rick & claimed that it'll arrive in the US early-mid January 2011 .... But nooo it arrived in April 2011 :eek: .... Please Explain....

This might sound like a stupid question, but why are the wheels having to come to the US to go to you? Seems like going around your azz to get to your elbow, when they could just as easily ship them directly to you...??

Thats what i ask Rick back in September 2010.... To Ship it directly from Japan to Brunei... but i dont think he's reading my words.... let me try to find the PMs ive sent to him back then to confirm...

so if we ship the wheels from japan.
the tires will be coming from the U.S
then they will not be mounted and balance ok
just want to make sure you know.

This message was from Rick back on the 28th August 2010... I asked him to send it directly to Brunei and agreed on it... But suddenly on the 9th of December 2010 he said that in 2-3 weeks time the wheels will be in the US... :icon14::icon14::icon14::icon14::icon14:

Is it because they are made by Work in Japan, Shipped to US for them to stick a Venaci centercap on, and then sent back out to you?

just a guess..

I think this thread has offered great insight and warning into why people should not purchase from this vendor.

Why should a customer have to go through someone else to get status update on their purchase?? I'm sorry but that is just plain stupid, especially for the amount of money people have paid for their wheels and other gear.

It's obvious that vip-status is very disorganized and continues to give out false promises. Which to me, just sounds like fraud and shaddy @ss business.

Guys... please dont sway away and stick to the topic please... I thought AK made it clear last time he visited this thread...

BTW got updates from Rick few hours back & got a copy of the airway bill from the West Consolidators Inc.. Lets just hope the items will arrive before 15th June 2011 and all items are in a good condition without any damage or missing parts... So i can clear the dispute. If not its the other way round...

I'm glad you got a update my wheels are supposedly been here for 2 weeks and I still don't have a friggin update I'm losing patience real fast!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:shakes head:

The vendor your talking about wasn't trying to help though. He was stating that our issues were amusing to him. He also doesn't know the facts of the situation. If you go back to the first page he states that I have a lip kit, wing, exhaust, and wheels on order and that I'm demanding for it to be shipped without me paying for it. All I ordered was wheels, and I'm more then willing to pay for the rest of the wheels before being shipped. He was trying to make me look like I was making all sorts of ridiculous demands when all I want is for someone to answer the phone or an e-mail. When you just blurt in like he did and through out false information then yeah, you should stay out of the thread.

I sent him an e-mail yesterday and today along with trying to call here and there and haven't gotten any response either. I am going on about two weeks now since he said he would have an update for me and never got back to me.

The threat of calling one's credit card company seems to be the only way sh!t gets done and if I have to play it like that then fine!!!
