That sounds pretty spot on to me. Don't answer phones, can't leave a message, don't reply to PM's. Is anybody else's invoice blank were there should be an order number? I don't know about you guys, but anything I've ever bought has had an order number on the invoice.

It's been two weeks since Rick last said he would have an update for me. Clearly customer service is his priority. I've never been involved with a business that just straight up does not care about it's customers.

I know we all have our own problems but you think it's bad now wait till he tells you and sends a picture of your wheels and 2 weeks go by and still have no idea when I will get them.

I feel like my wheels are being held for ransom.

That's terrible, was there clear evidence that the wheels he took a picture of were even your wheels? Judging by all his past lies I wouldn't put it past him to lie about that too. I hope you guys get your products soon cause you have been waiting way to long. After looking the company up on the BBB it doesn't even say Rick is the owner. It says David Chen is the owner, maybe David should be more aware of what his employees are doing.

thats what i want. proof my wheels are here. he says its in customs, well i want to see paperwork and pics with a recent date and name in the pic. im betting he cant provide proof.
