I'm still waiting on a kit, engine cover kit, all I get is the same as everyone else, will be shipping on Monday, moving to new shop, changed phone number etc, all I can say is lucky I don't live over there in the US as there would be more being done about this, then writting in this forum!

I hear you man, I'm on the opposite coast as them and it sucks not being able to do anything. I feel like im in the middle of a Ponzi scheme. There is no excuse for the poor service. Whats the point of even having a phone if your never gonna answer or let your customers leave a voice message?

& where is Rick by the way? He hasnt been logging in since.... i dont think he's taking our issues seriously... :shakes head:

I've just sent an email to paypal customer service explaining everything about this transaction. When i get a reply back from them, will look into it & will definitely open a dispute if i dont get any news by the end of the day....

Status Customer Service is the Worst ever!! Seriously!!! :mad:

he's given a date line, which is today... & i want him to keep that promise... if we take easy on him, he'll forever be like this.... & im sure u dont want to be in a situation where u'l be waiting nearly a year for a set of wheels.... i had enough of his fake promises... & my patience is at its limits!!

I hope all of you guys get your situations worked out. For those of you who are still wanting work wheels. I got the Work T1S from Ravspec last year. Had my wheels in 8-10 weeks. They carry a large selection of Work Wheels. Mark's customer service is great.

Just to share with everyone else, i just got an update from Rick regarding on my wheels. As predicted, he informed me that due to some problem in the shipment company, the wheels will be shipped next Tuesday... how typical... here's the quote from his message:

"Just went the shipping company at the airport.
Your total weight is 350lbs
all parts,wheels tires
Cathay pacific told us to repack everything and take all air inside the tires out.Due to the pressure.So we missed your fright today.So Tues is the next fright going to Malaysia
You let me know.Do you want me to still ship it?"


1. Im sure Rick has done a few international export & it looks like he never had any experience in doing it.. If he knew the procedure there wont be such problems. & as far as i can remember, i never ask Rick to mount the tires to the wheels.

2. He's sending it over to Malaysia??? Hey Brunei Darussalam and Malaysia are two different countries....

Im getting tired of this BS... Just give me back my money!! I want to spend it to a "hassle-free" vendor.
