American made wheels(rims)?
 

Hey guys I have been doing some research on the future wheels that I want to buy and of course all the really good looking ones (and expensive) are made in Japan. After doing some searching on the site, I didn't see anyone ask this questions before, sooooo, I apologize in advance as I am a big N00b... And it's a pretty generalized question.. :)

What are some good comparable wheels that are made in America? (Brands/Companies) Correct me if I am wrong but isn't Strasse Forged American made? (love their wheels btw) who else? Suggestions and opinions THANKS!!! :D

P.s. Wheels that look good on the 370z of course.

P.s.s. I guess I am just trying to avoid the overhead of the Japan made wheels with the shipping time, costs, ect, ect, ect...

Really? I was under the assumption volks and works were made in Japan :confused:

they are made in japan. Most 3 piece wheels are made in the U.S.

AM Forged are manufactured in the US..They are custom 3 piece wheels!

Im ok buying domestic wheels considering I don't like supporting japan's stupid exchange rate.

I will support japan using my yen but not waste dollars on stupid politics.

forgestars have been reasonably popular on these forums, and are american made....i think?

I thought forgestars were italian... (?)

HRE & DPE are both US made wheel brands but are not cheap.

You get what you pay for OP, although if you're looking for a cheaper alternative Enkei and Forgestars are both options that look good on a 370Z
