All the sports cars I've had (MR-2 SC, NSX, 370Z) use up the rear tires about twice as fast as the front tires.

I buy another set of rears, then swap all four when the fronts get low.

Good plan

I am glad I have a square setup -- I can swap the front and rears for even wear.

That's a very nice feature of the Mustang. You can actually rotate your tires.

PZeros are one of the comparison tires that Michelin used as a bench mark to beat. Some of the advertising claims that Michelin uses for the PSS are in comparison with the PZero (if I recall correctly)

I'm still liking mine!

Me too. These are great tires. I have about 1,800 miles on them now.

I hit one of favorite ramps back home in Little Rock yesterday; which is the ramp to go from I30 to I630. It has a long curving ramp that I've always managed to do 60-80mph with ease depending on which car I was in, and the condition of the tires. I didn't really like the sidewall feel taking this turn. Even though it managed it at 70mph easily, the sidewalls felt a little soft and spongey. I could feel the tires and the car jiggle/sway about every second or two while taking the long turn. I never experienced this feeling in the stock Yokahoma's, nor any of the tires I had on my old WRX.

I have a few local onramps (actually some very nice long sweepers) and I tend to push the car on these (always with no one around me and, of course, within the limits of the law).

I find the Super Sports quite solid in these experiences -- much more so than the Potenzas they replaced.

Nismo,
What size tire are you running in the front, and what are the specs of your T37's?

Last edited by Fern to the Z; 05-30-2011 at 11:12 PM. Reason: front tire size?
