I hate this with a passion
 
Time to buy tires soon. to me its always a pain trying to find the best deal.
I need a set of summer tires. never have to worry about snow or ice.

smooth ride is #1 and quite. since car never sees the track

:iagree: their prices are a few $$ more than tire rack but shipping is free so you would prob end up saving in the long run by going w them. Buuuuuttt tire rack is a sponsor so it helps the site. The choice is yours. Btw the hankook v12 should be close to your $700 price range.

i'll throw in the Continental DW's into the mix. they are definitely smooth and quiet... and actually grips very well.

I hear good things bout the DW's usually. Not a fan of the pattern myself. I do believe they have a high treadwear rating so they should last awhile.
