Check to make sure that the hubcentric ring is still intact and also that it fits your wheel's center bore properly. If there's any kind of play, this is probably where the vibration is coming from.
on the 20mm V2's they are the same design as the Kics with separate rings.
i know cause i have one on my G35C's rear. ...and i have several kic's spacers in different sizes...

and that is what hansoac claims he has.

I was searching for Hub Centric vs Lug Centric spacers and stumbled across this thread.

im wondering, i just installed a 10mm Kics spacer for my rears and what made me worried was that the hubs didnt fit in nicely into the wheels and had them discarded.. Now the rear wheels rely only on the lugs.. What kind of consequences will i be facing without the hubs installed?

Well I don't know about all that but I have some Ichiba spacers on the rear and when I mounted the wheel (aftermarket Axis), the stock lugs coming through the spacer hit the wheel and didn't allow the wheel to sit flush against the spacer. Well I just cut all the stock lugs down flush with the spacer. Problem solved. I occasionally take a wheel off to check the torque on the lug nuts holding the spacers on and never had a loose one yet. No "digging" into the wheel or anything else. Countless times around Auto Club Speedway's track along with 140mph down the front straight with no issues.

I will only use h and r stud replacement spacers. Never had any vibrations at all with them. Ichiba would get vibrations up front.

When i put on the 15mm HR spacers in the rear, the rotor hub had to be sanded to remove the corrosion, as did the wheel. The spacers then slid right flush with the face for the rotor. Make sure you clean the surfaces everytime you remove the wheel. The mixed metal in contact with each other causes the Galvonic corrosion, enhanced my moisture and chemicals.
