Volk TE37SL (Super Lap)- Special order colors!

http://www.rays-msc.com//wheels/img/...-souchaku1.jpg

Typically the TE37SL is only offered in one specific finish- Pressed Graphite. After fielding quite a few inquiries from various 370Z owners, I reached out to Mackin (the US distributor for Volk/Rays wheels). We are now pleased to announce a special run for only THREE sets, in any color/finish currently offered. Once these five slots are filled, we will be unable to offer this again. As we need three identical (in sizing, not colors) sets in order to complete the order, the sizing and offsets offered will be:

19x9.5 +22 (front)
19x10.5 +12 (rear)

As this is a special order item only, the minimum lead time is approximately 90 days. A 50% minimum deposit will be required for all orders.

Don't miss out on this great opportunity to have one of the only genuine colored sets of the Volk Racing TE37SL!

Love the SL's in the pressed graphite. If it were me, I wouldn't change a thing...but great opportunity for someone else who might.

Osiris 05-10-2011 01:15 PM

Does this mean it wouldn't have the polished lip?

i should order it to pish you off lol

Osiris- Sorry, but unfortunately the Takata Green was a limited production color, as was Time Attack among others. The color chart I linked to contains the only colors currently in production. Mag Blue is still available though :)

azn370z- This would mean that the polished lip would be gone.

pty370z 05-10-2011 03:04 PM

What would the pricing be for these lucky 5..?? :eekdance:

the_student 05-10-2011 03:33 PM

Oh my...dammit. I knew I should have waited!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Jjaden 05-10-2011 03:36 PM

Super gay!, I would have ordered TE37SL's for sure if I knew I could eventually get them in Matte Black.

I feel like the big man upstairs is taking personal amusement with my repeatedly getting owned. :owned:

3SeventyZ 05-10-2011 03:48 PM

Cool offer! Hope to see some pics of these custom SL's at some point.

ClemsonWill 05-10-2011 03:50 PM

F***ing awesome! Will they still have the SL decals? What kind of price are we looking at?

Jjaden 05-10-2011 04:07 PM

If I just put SL decals on my TE37's can I just call them TE37SL Matte Black edition?

kenchan 05-10-2011 04:27 PM

i wish these (and other TE37's) came in weaker offsets for stock height cars... like front ET28-38 and rear ET15-20 in those sizes.

You can specify the offset when you place order. Mine had to be built 'cause there were none in stock, anywhere. Talk to Kamispeed about it, they're one of the sponsors here.

Huh, thanks for the info! Im set for this season, perhaps next. :p

SE 05-10-2011 07:09 PM

Yes, we can order the TE37 in any of the offered offsets as we are a direct dealer and work very closely with Mackin Industries. In fact, we shared a booth with them at our last show.
Volk will not produce one-off wheels in anything other than their specified offsets without a minimum order of at least 10 sets. We can order anything else that's on their size list.

As this TE37SL special is a very special order, all 5 sets will need to be ordered in the exact same sizing.

Yes they will have the SL decals, but most likely in a different color if you're ordering red. The other colors (black, white, etc) will probably retain the red sticker. PM me for a price quote if you're interested ;)

Don't I know it!

I just prefer the TE37SL decal to the plain TE37 decal. Some how, some way I will get my hands on one.....:driving:

fuct 05-11-2011 09:51 AM

is "dark gold" bronze?

nuTinmuch 05-11-2011 01:45 PM

How much, out of curiosity?

Red__Zed 05-11-2011 01:56 PM

I like the other color options

phelan 05-11-2011 03:42 PM

Jjaden, those SL stickers are crazy expensive though haha :rofl2:

Unfortunately dark gold is not bronze, however since Bronze is not considered an "optional" finish (it's actually the standard TE37 color) this may be the reason it is not on the chart. If you're interested, I can see if Mackin can offer the SL in Bronze also.

My PM box exploded overnight- everyone interested should have recieved a reply. If not, please PM me again and I'll get a quote out to you.

I will not be collecting deposits until I get a definite answer from at least 5 people.
