I found these on the Z1 website Hub Centric Wheel Spacers & Extended Studs they seem to also be hub centric but it does not specify the brand and they are almost twice as cheap as H&R once that I saw most running on their Zs. would you guys take a chance with these or would you just go with the H&R once?

With good quality spacers, you shouldn't have any issues using them on the track. I've tracked with my H&R's.

I have stock sport package Rays wheels. What length or spacers should I get to have them flush and not protruding? I read that Nismo guys are getting 15mm front, 20mm rear. Should I get the same or will I need something different?

I don't plan to lower it or anything, so stock springs, height, etc. Just with spacers. Will the rears look weird with 20mm spacers if not lowered? I am not sure between 15mm all around or 15mm front, 20mm rear

Go 20/20 if you don't plan on lowering it and want to be flush. If you get 15mm spacers you'll have to replace your studs.

No, I had 20's and they didn't stick out, but if you're just going to replace the studs I'd go with 15mm. 20mm bolt on is cheapest and easiest though

No.. with 20mm you can just buy ichiba bolt on spacers.

according to some Manufacturer website 15mm bolt-on's will work on the rear Factory Ray rims, but not on the front? Does anyone know this to be Factual?
