OK -- I have 400 or so miles on them now and am highly impressed. The first couplel of days the tires were settling down and a little "bumpy". Now, they are very smooth.
Cornering is significantly improved over stock and I have driven in wet and dry. I am convinced these were the way to go.

Tire break in is around 500 miles give or take, they should grip better then level out til the tread is gone.

You should. I wish I could justify two sets of wheels/tires so I could alternate between the PSS and S04 PP's.
