So I have about 900 miles on my car, and this happened to me! Do you guys think that it can be plugged or patched? And if not any suggestions

So I have about 900 miles on my car, and this happened to me! Do you guys think that it can be plugged or patched? And if not any suggestions on where to get a good deal on tires.
