Help with slick/drag radial sizes

I just mounted some 275/35/18 BFG drag radials onto 18"x10" +22 wheels. Packed and ready for tomorrow night. They BARELY fit! The spare was removed, but the Bose subwoofer is

Packed and ready for tomorrow night. They BARELY fit! The spare was removed, but the Bose subwoofer is still in there.
